I found parking easily each day in the ample spaces provided. The breakfast included a varied spread with gluten-free options available. The dining area also had complimentary hot beverages available around the clock. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was very good, and the water pressure was strong.

The room got overly warm, and I had to constantly adjust the radiator to maintain a reasonable temperature.

The staff provided assistance with directions and check-in questions. They were also quick to respond to emails before arrival. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest and they offered assistance whenever it was needed.

The hotel is a bit from the city center, but Aurora viewing was successful. It is also near a concert venue hall. There are parking spots if you drive.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh. The coffee machine provided free coffee 24 hours. The location is convenient, it has free parking!

The room was too tight for four people. One bed would almost lean down the floor from one side. The toilet itself, flush kept on getting stuck. The shower place water would leak into the other portion of the toilet.

the breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks! i especially liked the coffee machine that provides free coffee 24 hours. the location is convenient if you have your own car, which i did! the room and bathroom was really nice

The toilet flush kept on getting stuck! also, the shower water leaked into the other portion of the toilet. the room was too tight. I found the parking a bit confusing.

The breakfast room felt quite cramped for the number of guests. It made finding a place to sit a challenge. The variety of food was underwhelming when compared to other places I have stayed in. Another issue was the self check-in. I did miss having staff available for assistance.

this self-serve hotel was a great find! i really appreciated its flexibility. check-in was smooth, and my room was clean, that's really something! baggage storage was also available, super convenient, what a detail!

the overhead shower didn't work and there was some mould in the bathroom sink.

my room included an informational folder with facts about iceland, that was so neat! the bed was a good size, and the shower was spacious. the facts about iceland on each floor are a really cool decoration!

there were lavazza coffee machines accessible all day in the lounge area, amazing! the reception area had comfortable seating and beanbags, you could chill out for a bit. hot drinks were free, cheers to that!
